Matcha sponge cake, topped with chantilly cream and fresh strawberries. Decorated with seasonal berries and matcha cream.

Fluffy chiffon cake, topped with chantilly cream and seasonal fruits. Select from: Black Sesame, Yuzu (Japanese Citrus) or Matcha.
Basque Cheesecake
Rich and creamy cheesecake, topped with chantilly and seasonal fruits. Select from: Black Sesame or Matcha.
